Bare land with trees, due to RL commitments, I cannot take care of it anymore.
Next tier is due on the 11th of november and I am trying to sell it one week before the due date.
Price asked is 105.000 L$ including transaction fee.
I am willing to consider the best offer starting today and until the 3rd of november. Transfer process *MUST* start (tickets have to be submitted) on the same day the offer is accepted.
