I have a 15,000 Pirm Estate sim for sale, there renters still on it but they will be removed once the sim is transfered, I got a offer for 600 USD but I am paying for the transfer fee. the buyer will only be able to buy on the weekend I need the money sooner. I want to sell this sim because I am tried of LL and SL and I can't maintain it anymore. this is a normal 15K pirm sim estate, full transfer. if wanted Estate Powers will be given once money is given.
