Hi. I'm selling the entire Etheria estate. There is one class 5 sim, 15k prims, and there are 3 attached OpenSpace sims. All are landscaped with raw files already.
Land Store Value would be 1750.00 USD plus tier (which is 295 for the main sim plus 75 for each openspace sim).
Asking price is 1200 USD, plus the 100.00 transfer fee to be paid by buyer (they will only charge one fee for the estate transfer if you purchase all at once). That's a good 550 USD off the price - and tier was just paid on the 19th and 20th, so you get nearly a full MONTH with NO TIER if you act now.
The sims are Etheria 2 through Etheria 5, and are open to the public for viewing. I simply can't afford to maintain them anymore with lost jobs and funerals to plan for.
