Current LL price for a new Island is US$1000, Comino Island is offered at US$900 or near offer. (two offers to far but looking to improve slightly if possible - will sell by saturday, however.).
The current tier is paid until 7 June 2008. The LL transfer fee will be covered by the seller. Full island Owner ship/estate owner/manager rights will apply to the purchase - no different from buying direct from LL except for a lower price!
The island can be reverted back to its initial terrain setting if required by the seller. None of the current objects on the island are included within the sale.
Feel free to visit Comino which i have owned since September 2007 ( and yes they did cost US$1675 back then...sighs) but no longer have the time to devote to it
