Two story condo's with 3 full rooms. They are right in the heart of the Island. The condo's have door locking and window tinting capacity at the touch of a button. So you will feel secure. Furnished nicely but you will still have of your own 100 prims to use. Steps away from the jet ski's, wind surfing, pier, beach.
I have very spacious lower level shops that run 400L per week with 150 prims and upper level shops that are 250L per week with 75 prims. This week I am giving one month FREE for any available shop. I have one lower left and the upper levels are all available. I also have vendor stalls available for 100L wk with 25 prims.
Gold Nugget hunt is here, money tree, camping, a visitor counter, whoever is the 5000th person on the Island will win 200L. I have added a camping skybox with LOTS of camping items. Sky dive down from the skybox, free parachutes in the camping skybox. There is also a "special" skybox called the Love Shack, you can get there with any teleporter you find. There are several around.
I've opened my own store Sun Made Fashions (new items come in daily) and also my photo studio. I love doing photo shoots. I do personal and professional shoots. So ask me about rates.
There are scooters at both ends of the Island for a fun easy way to get around. I have open waters so there are water sports like jet ski's, wind surfing, and a swan ride. You can also kick back in the skybox theater and watch some movies. One of my new land owners has a 60's retro club called Good Vibrations (lots of fun). There are 2 other clubs that are alot of fun. Solare Bar & Arcade has Deal or Decline, darts, skeeball, poker machine and Zyngo and Solare Club owned by Erik Tolsen.
Please come and check the Island out, the Island is filling up fast. We will be having a huge outdoor festival on April 5th or 6th with dancing, vendors, a band, fireworks, give-aways, sploders. This will be a big event. So I will update this when it gets closer to the date and also put an event ad out.
