Dreamscape nightclub and rentals is reluctantly up for sale. This is around the second busiest regular club in SL (regular meaning no strippers, escorts or any sex attractions but obviously they could be added). This baby is my creation and I dont really want to let it go, but its just got way too big for me. Approx 50,000 visits a day.
People are queing up to rent spots at Dreamscape that I'm having to turn away, so its a very good business. If you want to check it out, just do a search for "Dreamscape" or "nightclub" and you will find it and see why its offers over $L800,000 . Its only just over 16000m2 with around 3500 prim allocation, but its far busier than most sims (all land is not yet joined, so about land will show differently, but all land will be joined). The land is not set for sale yet (awaiting confirmation), so please IM me if your seriously interested. Please don't IM if your just browsing or want to comment on it.
It comes with all the shops and stalls rented out with people constantly wanting to rent places there.
The club is sold without the name, as the name is the only thing I will be keeping, everything else (all objects) come with the club. Any significant objects that are non transfer will be replaced or rebuilt for the new owner, so there will be no change to the area except whatever you want to do with it.
