The lots are all 512 square meters in size, on a brand new sim in the eastern part of the grid. The land is basically flat and is Mature rated.

To avoid blighting the landscape with ugly rotating signs, there are no sale signs. Go to View and click on Property Lines and Land Owners to see the parcels for sale. The sale parcels will be a brownish-orange color. You right click on the parcel, and you should see a "Buy Land" item on the pie-shaped menu. The parcels are all in Castelo sim. Feel free to keep or get rid of the trees :)
