Linden has decided not to raise homestead tier until at least July 2010. I have a homestead sim that will be available on June 1, 2009. You will have complete estate management rights. No sharing your sim with someone else. The only cost to move onto this homestead is the first two week's tier of $16250L and then $8125L weekly after that.
