The sim is broken into “counties” with the Royal Grounds being the largest and 3 of the 4 remaining counties are each 9,216 Sqm with 1850 Prims and 1 is slightly smaller at 8,704 Sqm and 1750 Prims.
Our Grand Opening Special rate is the unheard of, BELOW LL TIER cost of L$9,065 Per Month for the 3 larger counties (Over 1/8th of a sim each) and L$7,750 Per Month for the slightly smaller county.
Need a Homeland for your People? County 1 is Perfect for Dwarves and/or Mountain/Cave Dwellers… The slightly smaller county #4 is perfect for Elves and woodland creatures. County #2 has been leased already and county 4 is wide open to do as you please within the medieval/fantasy theme.
