If you bought the island directly from Mercia McMahon and choose to sell up she will refund your purchase cost less rent owed if you do not want to sell on the open market. If yo leave within your first month and want to avail of the re-purchase offer, rent for the rest of that calendar month will be deducted from your refund. In the unfortunate circumstances of the land needing to be reclaimed because you breached the covenant or rental agreement, your purchase cost will be refunded (less rent due), unless you have abused your Estate Manager rights by changing settings on regions other than your own.
