When we at Regent Estates offer a homestead, we do so with only one rule: YOUR SIM - YOUR RULES
That's right - if Linden Labs allows it, on your homestead you can do it. We don't interfere with how YOU run YOUR sim. You and up to three others will have FULL ESTATE RIGHTS.
There are some things we DO, however:
* We offer a full-time staff to help you learn how best to make your experience all it can be.
* We include the first week's tier in your purchase price, so that you can settle in and enjoy before you need to find that tier box and make a payment.
* We offer 18 terrain file options FREE to all Regent Estates homestead clients, so you don't have to do the earthmoving yourself or scour xStreetSL for one you like. Check out the models at the For Sale sign on each homestead or come to our Main Office:

All homesteads are 65536sqm, 3750 prim, with a weekly tier of L$8000. No premium account is required with Linden Labs to own one of these!
