Our RP sim is closing down because the owner is leaving SL. He is giving me the two Class 5 15K prim sims for the cost of transfer. Tier is going to be $600 a month. SL is not a business to me. I don't want to deal with BS on here. I just want to break even.
I'm looking for a SMALL community. I don't want a ton of people. More people equals more headache. Mature community, adult verified preferably, privacy. We all have water front, no neighboring sims. Here are my prices:
2000 prim lot = $11200L per month
3750 prim lot = $21000L per month
5000 prim lot = $28000L per month
Rental fees to be paid in advance.
The sims are both up, but not yet in my name. The transfer will be done on June 22. I am not yet sure if I am keeping one or both sims. That all depends upon the committed responses I get before June 22.
