Time is running out for getting your homestead sim for the old setup price of 255 usd (69850 L$) after jan the 5th it will be raised to 355 usd (97250 L$)
Tier will be 100 usd (27400 L$)per month starting the second month untill july after that it will be 135 usd (37000 L$) per month.

You will have estate manager rights and can request upto 7 other people to have estate manager rights as wel.

Please do understand that homestead sims do have limitations, before january 5th the only limit besides 3750 prims is that you share resources with 3 other homestead sims wich can create unexpected lag and your actions can create lag on those 3 other sims, after the 5th there will also be a 20 avatar limit and at a later date there will be a limit on scripts but what these limits will be is unknown yet.
