This land is located in Pumori, its the only land available for sale currently in the sim and overlooks a lake, currently it is tree forested as is a lot of the sim, but its ideal for that nice home you wish to build or keep it forested if you feel philantropic.

As it is mainland, the residents formed their own residents group and work together really well to avoid unsightly builds, of course, being no covenant means we rely on cooperation between neighbors and so far has worked to good effect. So, you probably dont have to worry about a casino or ad farm appearing the day after. So all in all a good parcel of land.
