Ideal for:
Low lag adult merchant.
Low lag residential who wants to reside in an adult sim (but be aware there are other tenants here).
Not ideal for:
A club.
Anything that uses lots of scripts.
Homesteads do not have the same levels of performance as full sims and you should be fully aware of this limitation before renting, this means scripts may run slower than they do on a full sim for example. Hence why heavily scripted ventures are not suitable.
As this is an adult sim you will need to be payment info used or age verified to enter the sim.
Why rent on an adult sim?
You can use adult keywords to advertise as per Linden Lab's adult content policy, you do not need to be selling explicit content for this, certain clothing lines fall into this category too.
To rent the land simply buy the plot for L$2000, this is a rental agreement only and resale is not allowed. The purchase price pays rent for the first week and means you do not need a group invite to use the land, saving you a group slot.
