The public area has a government house, gardens, harbor and market place where live concerts take place regularly. The sim is connected with over 60 other sims giving you an abundance of open water and airspace for boating, sailing and flying.
Private 4096sqm residential waterfront lots are now available for purchase for $5000L and a monthly tier of $25US payable through paypal or in world in Lindens. Lots may be joined together if more space is desired.
