We just bought an island, so our lovely sim of Laran is now for sale.
its a FULL SIM - 15,000 prims - and only $135,000! - Monthly tier only US$282 which is lower than any sim like this I could find. GREAT for a community build, 1st time land purchase, those who want privacy, etc.
The catch? It has limited terraforming, but as you can see from our photos, it can be worked around
We currently have permission to place a few rentals there, so that should be an option for the new owner as well.
We are leaving the mountains, waterfalls, gazebo, river, etc for those that want them. We set up houses on there, but I am happy to put the palace back up if some one would like to have use of it.
