I have just placed a beautiful, large, beach home on 2048 meters of land. The house is multie-storied and has a beautiful brick patio with flowere fence. The land is beach land and it is just a plot away from the ocean. Nice waves rolling in and washing against piers. There is also a disco club at 100 meters above the land reached by teleporters close to the houses.
I will allow the renter all the rights of owner except ban lines. You may ask me to ban any individuals you find undesirable.
I will allow 350 prims on land. You may ask me to remove the house and/or any of the objects on the land you do not wish to have there. I will allow you to place your own house up to 40 prims without interfering with the prim limits. You may also purchase additional prims at 2.5L per prim.
The area is residential and not commercial. It is a beautiful beach community. The lands face a nice water canal with water lilies decorating them. Each house has a campfire with cuddle animations.
THE HOUSE HAS PRIVACY WINDOWS AND DOORS...LOCKABLE OF COURSE.
This is a new low lag mainland beach sim, class 5.
