Sunbelt Dreams Residential!

We have luxurious waterfront, fully scripted privacy controlled, spacious condos and beautifully detailed, fully privacy scripted skyboxes with clear sky views for high quality SL living. Over 50% of this sim is dedicated to ocean. As you tour around you will see many of the wonderful amenities we offer. We have an open group for all to enjoy our facilities. MUST SEE!

Cost:
$380 Lindens/200 prims. $580 lindens/300 prims. You can lease as many prims as you like in 100 set increments.

Rent is paid to the rental boxes at the back of the Sunbelt Waterfront building & at platforms in the designated sky spaces.

**Currently Sunbelt Waterfront Condo #216 & #214 apartment are available to sublet from current dwellers. You must contact the dwellers to make arrangments and their names can be found on the rental boxes behind the building. Touch the condo doors to check the condo number. Sky space is still available atm! Hurry as things are moving quickly.
