I am currently looking to sell off the rest of the remaining land on my new commercial class 5 sim. I currently have 5- 2048 plots that support 468 prims each, I can group plots together if you need more land. I am an active sim owner and own stores on the sim so i am always watching script lag and bandwidth use to minimize the lag for land owners and customers, I ask only that you please do the same with your scripted objects as a land owner with me.
No premium account required, Tiers are paid to me Via payapl and are due on the 20th of each month. (purchase now and no tiers due until the 2oth of november) You will have full rights to the land as an owner, teraform, ban/allow list, media and so on. I ask that you do NOT remve the sidewalk that is currently in place on the land.
The current land available is a water front corner lot and all others are water front lots. The sim is currently still under construction, but has generated very good traffic so far, we look forward to having you join us.
