Want to sell your Island or perhaps mainland sim?
I am looking to buy an Island or perhaps a mainland sim under the right circumstances. I can wait for the Linden process to setup a new sim but I am open to direct purchase.
If you have a sim to sell, I would like the following details:
Server Class
Pims available
Location/landmark (SLURL)
Tier fee
Day of the month of tier charge
Price including the $100 USD Linden ownership transfer fee
If yours is a mainland sim I would need to know if there are any linden roads (prim and area usage)or other unusable areas of the sim due to Linden easements.
Please understand that I will in all likelihood remove existing structures/objects and teraform so they are of no real value to me.
I can be reached in-world by IM and if not in-world your message will go to email which I monitor throughout the day.
I am prepared to move quickly with payment for the right sim.
