Clearwater, the original since 2006 is currently for sale. Full Sim 15,000 prims, C4 with full transfer through the Lindens. (YES FULL TRANSFER, NOT MADE AN ESTATE MANAGER) There are residents on there that have been there for a very long time (1.5 years and up). Very LOW LAG!!! You don't find that much on C4's. The current asking price is $1300US which includes the $100US Linden Transfer Fee and will be done through a ticket on the SL Website. The tier monthly is $195.00US and is due on the 6th of every month.
