Property/Land for rent in the walled medieval city of Dee. This is a loosely based medieval sim but you don't have to sell medieval products to rent here.
Only L$495 a week for a maximum of 234 prims. You can use our building that is already on the plot or replace it with one of your own. Please note that if you do use our building this will count against your prim limit, the building on this plot is 90 prims which is why the rental box says there are 144 prims available. If you would rather use your own building then that is fine and we will adjust the prim counter on the rental box accordingly.
Land can be used for commercial or residential use but please respect your neighbours and the intended theme of the sim. Motor vehicles and flashing neon signs really aren't suitable on the outside of buildings.
No Clubs, No Zyngo or any other similar activities.
If you don't pay rent on time your objects will be returned to you. We aren't mean and nasty and will try to contact you before we return objects.
To rent this plot simply purchase the plot for L$495, you don't need to be a premium member to rent land in this fashion and you will not be charged tier by Linden Lab for owning this land, you will only be charged rent by us. The purchase price pays rent for the first week. You are not allowed to resell the plot.
