This is for the sale and full transfer of a full sim (15,000 Prims, 65536 sq. meters). The sim is is a grandfathered class 4 sim, meaning tier cost is $195 USD per month, not 295 usd per month.
You will save 100 usd per month every month on tiers through linden labs.
The tier date is on the 27th of every month, next tier date would be 2/27/09. So I will pay this upcoming months tier.
We are asking $1,275 USD for the sim or best offer. We are paying for the transfer fee ($100 USD), which includes the relocation and rename costs for the sim transfer. The sim will be wiped and made flat once we have a buyer.
Curently the sim is just a straight rental, once purchchased the current tenant will leave the sim immediately.
