Right now I'm paying $8,000 a month for 1373 prims on oddly-shaped land that's a bit larger than a 4096.
I'm looking for something similar to that (ie: at least a 4096 and I'm not paying more than I am now). Why do I want to move? I can't set the land to my own group haha. If djs come or other people to run fun events and I can't be there - that's kinda necessary!
So I'm looking for land with the "full rights" to set music, ban, all that good stuff....
-commercial & residential (mainland is fine)
-must be in a sim that allows child avatars because this is for a child-avie-friendly family place
-I don't care what the land looks like - this place will be in skyboxes
-mature land rating (I wanna be able to play with weapons! - yes it would stay on my land!)
-I prefer no covenant or a simple one - I'm not gonna do anything crazy blah blah but I'm not going to keep up with a sim "theme" either - I know how to be respectful to neighbors!
