My friend Nadeshiko Michinaga and I used to share a beautiful plot with a cozy little castle on mainland. Unfortunately she has to leave SL and I can't afford the tier alone, so we are selling our land. Beautiful, unspoiled views, close to the ocean, quiet and friendly neighbours. You won't find a better piece of mainland anywhere, at least not at this price. Other plots on the sim went for 18L/sqm, even 20, ours is less than 11. So, even if you're not going to live there, it's a great investment.

My plot:

1600 sqm, right on the top of the mountain, with a castle and a waterfall. All are transfer and are included, the waterfall was buit by me and goes full perms to the next owner. Price: L$17600

Her plot:

A landscaped 2048 plot, terraformed with a waterfall and a lake. Price: L$21500

It's a shame we have to sell those, we've lived there for almost one year and had some wonderful moments. I'd love to see that land on the hands of someone who will actually live there, maybe with their family or loved ones. The big plot in front of that is also mine (group owned), I have my store up in the sky, so your views won't be spoiled.
