I have three grandfathered Homestead Sims available tier dates are 16, 18, 18 of the month. Based on the $360 dollar savings you will receive with the grandfathered tier over the next 12 months I am looking to sell them at either $500 apiece or $1300 for all three at once. That does include the Transfer Fee either way.
I also have one Full Prim Sim for sale with a tier date of the 19th.
