The purchase price of each island parcel constitutes your first week's tier which gives you immediate ownership privileges on your island (or islands). Please read the covenant before purchasing. This is a residential only sim.
Pricing:
2048 sq m / 468 prims = L1000 per week
4096 sqm / 936 prims = L2000 per week
6144 sqm / 1404 prims = L2850 per week
8192 sqm / 1875 prims = L3800 per week

Tier is payable 7 days after purchasing your island home. During your first week I will set up a tier payment rock for you and invite you to the Garden Isles Estate group. Tier can be paid in advance for multiple weeks (up to 8 weeks). If you decide to leave and you have paid tier in advance, please inform Elphie Broome (Estate Manager) or Circle Widdershins and your unused tier will be refunded to you.
