I am in the process of closing my club and moving my store, which are currently on adjacant parcels on FarAway Bay.
Both parcels are going up for sale as soon as I've moved the objects, which will be within 24 hours.
Parcels are both 4096 with 937 prims, a good covenant and lovely neighbours. Zoned residential and commercial.
The parcels are flat green, centre sim.
4000 each or 7k for both... one has 3 days tier on as of now the other has 4 days, any left over tier will transfer with the sale..
The tier is 1850 a week.
