A number of rental parcels are available on on a quiet, non commercial private sim with open spaces both meadowland and sea. Residents have access to a yachthouse, beach, and sky building box. Mooring for yachts and beachhuts are available on request.

PAYMENTS:
Residential parcels incur a tier cost at a weekly rate of L$2000 for 1024sqm parcels (468 prims), and L$1000 for 512sqm parcels (234 prims).
There is a non-refundable payment to take ownership of the parcel (using the buy land tool) equal to one weeks tier.
For convenience there is a tier payment box on the parcel to which payments can be made. You should avoid returning this box. To reposition the box, contact Matthew Dowd. If you accidentally remove the box, please contact Matthew Dowd for a replacement.
Rental payments are due in advance. Late payments may result in land being reclaimed.

GENERAL RULES:

1. Please be kind to your neighbors. No griefing, harassment or intrusions on the property of others. Residents are responsible for the behavior of guests. Utilize abuse reports, your access list and/or security systems to manage your property.
2. Do your part to minimize lag.
3. Maintain prim limits.
4. Pay your rentall on time
5. Sublettng is not permitted
6. Owners and residents must adhere to the Residential Zoning Restrictions listed below:

ZONING RESTRICTIONS:
1. Use good judgment in your builds. No Eyesores. No overuse of scripts or particles.
2. Stay within your property lines. To view your property lines click "View" at the top of your screen then select "Property lines"
3. No floating objects. Skyboxes must be 512 meters above the ground. Anything goes above 600 meters.
4. Properties containing Mature content should be flagged for verified visitors. All R rated images should be kept inside of the building.
5. No ban lines.
