We've decided to sell our half of Lebettu sim.

Mainland, 31,177 square meters, 7,238 prims...this is a beautiful property, sloping up from open water to a hilltop with a commanding view of the harbor and the neighboring sims...and no ad farms!

Priced at L$12 per square meter, asking $L390,000.

There are tenants currently on the property. There will be a waiting period of four days between purchase/down payment and possession, to allow the tenants time to pack and move.

The property is currently home to a themed Mediterranean seaside village. There are residential villas, a number of shops, and a skybox club. Most of the residences are No Transfer prefabs. However, if you would like to buy the village as well as the land itself, we can arrange to transfer the ownership of the group to you. I will remain in the group and be available to add or replace any No Transfer objects for up to six months...possibly longer, for a reasonable retainer.
