I have the following for sale with full transfer through LL. Sims must be moved with transfer.

Homestead Tier Date: 1st Price With transfer fees included:$250
Full Tier Date: 26th Price With transfer fees included:$600
Homestead Tier Date: 29th Price With transfer fees included:$250
Homestead Tier Date: 19th Price With transfer fees included:$250
Full Tier Date: 13th Price With transfer fees included:$700

I can also sell the estate intact which would 14 sims a few grandfathered full sims. I am selling the grandfathered sims last or with the complete estate so please do not ask me to break them out now. PM me here with any questions.
