For personal reasons, I need to scale back on my holdings and I am selling part of my business. What is included? Land, buildings and existing tenants.

Land: 56,496 sq m of mainland, developed, with existing tenants. This is land in 2 sims that are not connected, they are on different continents. 41,392m of land in Vyacheslav, and 15,104m of land in Chuginadak, a beachfront property with access to protected water.

You become the landlord. You can keep the existing buildings and all transferable items, including any landscaping trees by Lilith Heart. Unfortunately, you have to get your own rental system, but the place is completely wired for HippoTech and I will assist with the HippoTech setup if necessary. I will leave non-transferable items in place, so as to not disturb the tenants.

This is a successful property that is almost at full capacity of tenants. It will produce income instantly, even with my extremely competitive rental rates. There is a little room for further development of the property if you so desire, to produce even more income.
