NinjaLand comes top, or near the top, on most land rental and land search keywords and this drives potential customers to our land store.

Traffic numbers are kept low because people usually do not linger in the land store - they see what they want and are off to visit the land. We do not put a lot of stock in traffic numbers. High traffic = high lag, and in terms of converting to sales, we generally think high traffic is a poor marker as it decreases the ability to interact with the shop in question.

That's our philosophy anyway, and so far it seems to be paying off as our rentals are expanding by a few sims a month.

Our land store is quite large, and NinjaLand Rentals has decided to accept (a few) offers to advertise lovely mainland for sale/rent.

The store will remain uncluttered and easy to navigate, so we will only work with a limited number of preferred partners.

Ad space will include:
------------------------

*Absolutely no greeter scripts or unrequested notecards/landmarks (I hate those)

*Large featured wall space for photo of the parcel

*Script hover text giving details of land

*When clicked, chatted link to the land as well as landmark

*Your preferred contact information given in chatted information about the land
