Just wanted to let you know that I was cutting my land at Linden Village SIM Caldbeck and set the parcels at a very low price on sale.
E.g.: a PROTECTED 1024sqm parcel bordering the Linden River with unblockable view to Ambleside for just L$11900.-

If I were you I wouldn't think twice now. These low prices in that area will never be.
Have to sell because of tier reasons.
