we offer Openspace sims sales/rentals in whole or in part, attached to estate or slightly away from it.
The Barbary Coast Estate is a mixed community where old world meets new world. The general theme is sailing, from war galleons fully equipped for sea battles, to sleek schooners for modern racing. We try to make sure that all sims are sailable.
Openspace sims come in many flavour:
+ Quarter sim (1/4): 16384 m2 parcel, 1200 prims total (3 islands/sim), island terraformed, lightly forested, sloped beach, optional ship dock. These parcels are on estate, and have access to all facilities, including many sailable sims.
+ Half sim (1/2): 32768 m2 parcel, 1800 prims total (2 islands/sim), island terraformed, lightly forested (around 90 prims), sloped beach, optional ship dock. These parcels are on estate, and have access to all facilities, including many sailable sims.
+ Full sim (on estate): 65536 m2, 3600 prims total (shape of island/trees/etc to be discussed). 150 prims are kept for sailing. Access needs to be allowed for anyone sailing through.
+ Full sim (out of estate): 65536 m2, 3750 prims total. No restrictions. Terraforming/sim design available for a fee.
