This is a full sim, 65536 m2, 15000 prims with a tier paid directly to LL of $295 USD.
The current cost of a new sim from LL is $1000 USD (plus VAT if you're an EU resident). This one is being offered at $800 USD with the seller paying transfer fee of $100 USD. The tier is paid up until 27th June.
Full island ownership will be transferred to the buyer, no different from buying direct from LL only cheaper!
The sim is currently split into twelve tropical islands but can be reverted at the time of purchase. None of the current objects on the island are included in the sale.
Conditions of the sale are that the island be moved to another part of sim and renamed (both will be done by LL free of charge at time of purchase) as it is currently attached to my commercial sim.
