While focusing ever more on developing the Nuova Sicilia concept, I've decided to sell my rentals business in Agriopis. Agriopis Waterfont rentals is a Linden-protected oceanfront development, with 5 large modern custom-built homes and a pretty resident community area between them. For the past 5 months these have been at near-full occupancy.
AWR is made up of two plots:
12352sqm - with the 5 homes
7040 - for excess prims, could fit 3 more similar size homes, and is currently rented to a plant and tree developer.
