I have two plots for rent on a Nature/lightly themed Medieval SIM. Cottages, castles and skyboxes are allowed. Other houses are possible, but must be approved by me first. There is a builder on site who will do any terraforming and give you a free custom build of your choice.
Currently the two plots for rent around roughly twelve hundred prims. You will have the right to deed to group, do some minor terraforming on your own and all other landowner rights without the upfront cost. WE DO NOT ALLOW RED BANLINES. Please be aware that I do ask that there be trees and plants on the property as well as a house and that the house be an appropriate size for the plot.
