On Babylonia Isle, we have two 1/4 sims available. They can be combined to form a 1/2 sim if desired. You can purchase this land for only the first month's tier which is $26,500L. The tier for the 1/2 sim is $52000L. Make the first month's tier and you will have four weeks until the next tier payment is due. The 1/4 sim is 16384 sq. m with 3750 prim. There is a club already on the sim so these properties can not be used for another club.
