The Artemis Isles sim has parcels at 1.25 prim rate

There is water canals separating each area.

Tier rate per month:
2.1L$ per meter for parcels 4096m or more (8601L$ per month for 4096m)
2.6L$ per meter for parcels with less than 4096m (5324L$ per month for 2048m)

First month of tier is included in the price of land.
