I am pleased to announce that we are opening Cassi to commercial renters.
Cassi is a modern, lush and inviting sim, based on water, with friendly owners who will help you out if you ever have any problems.

We have plots of varying size, and prims, so there is something to suit almost everyone.
Our smallest plot is 400sqm (20x20m) hosting 91 prims, at 600 lindens a month.
Our largest plot is 9280sqm hosting 2124 prims at 12000 lindens a month.
We have many sizes in between, with lots of 1024 sqm parcels and 1536 sqm parcels.
All parcels are TRUE parcels not just divided up.
Parcels can be joined on request, or split.
We do not mind what you do with your property, however there are some guidelines in place.:
Tenants, and guests of tenants, must behave in a courteous manner to other residents and guests, and we operate a zero tolerance policy on griefing and spamming.
We pride ourselves on having an idyllic place, so please make sure your buildings are in-keeping with the sim, and in proportion in height to the size of plot. If you have any questions on this, feel free to IM me.
No subletting of the whole parcel or subdivision of parcels.
All parcels are set to 1 Linden Dollar for sale.
Please pay at the rental office once you have bought the parcel.
Please note, payment is set currently for one month, however if you would like to pay weekly, Please IM Rhonan Morrisey, who would be happy to make this possible for you.

Also on Cassi, we have a beautiful and idyllic relaxation area, which is ideal to have gatherings of friends, or just to hang out and unwind from the daily stresses of Sl, and listen to the music and the birds.
Coming soon is Vis Conseptz Art Gallery, hosting many different types of art, from still life and graphic design, to photography, fractal and 3d art.
