I am looking for a rental with the following:
Residential class 5 sim
Snow textures
Landscaped to look like snow land, not just some flat plot with snow textures but actual hills and landscaping that fit a snow theme.
Full parcel land control assigned to my family group
Rent payable weekly or more as I can handle, prefer linden payments
SL child/kid avies allowed (doesn't have to be a pg sim)
Allows use of my security orb with 15 second warning. I don't use ban lines.
IM or notecard me in world.
Would like a 4096 minimum, preference given to a 8196 or a low prim open space sim that allows me to start rental with two weeks in advance.
