Vstex is a new private island located on a class 5 server and owned by Vstex Real Estate.
Since it is a private island, PREMIUM ACCOUNT IS NOT NEEDED for owning land on Vstex Island. Any SL resident can buy and own land on Vstex Island {and will never be billed by Linden Labs for land ownership.
Tiers fees are paid to Vstex Real Estate and not to Lindens Labs: the two systems are totally separated: you only pay one, not both.}
Buying this land and paying the tiers associated with it, makes you the OWNER of this plot with FULL ownership rights including, but not limited to, terraforming, editing, media streaming, joining and subdividing plots.
However, by owning a land on Vstex Island you must agree to the following rules of this Covenant.

1536 sqm (351 prims): 950 L$ weekly

2048 sqm (468 prims): 1100 L$ weekly
