Dear Residents and Business Owners of Gladje sim,

For the past 4 or 5 hours I've been trying to gain entry into Gladje sim, to correct the changing of the sim's status from Mature to PG. Obviously, not being able to enter the sim is also a serious problem.

I've done everything I can up to this point. LL's office is closed on the weekend. I've emailed support about this. This operational failure is simply inexcusable. Thank you for your patience until this is corrected.

Update: It is now 10:41 AM the next day, Monday, and I still cannot gain access to Gladje. A voice mail support ticket has been left, and hopefully this inexcusable problem will be repaired shortly.

Update: As of 1:08 PM game time, the sim is still unusable by anyone.

Update: As of 2:04 PM game time, the sim continues to be inaccessible.

Update: As of 4:20 PM game time, the sim continues to be unreachable by teleport.

Update: As of 5:12 PM game time, the sim continues to be unreachable by teleport.

Update: Postal mail letter is on the way to Mr. Philip Rosedale, CEO of Linden Lab. I'm sure the situation will be resolved by the time he receives it. It's a FYI kind of letter.

Update: As of 6:18 PM game time, the sim continues to be inacessible.

Update: As of 7:30 PM game time, the status has not changed.

Update: As of 2:37 AM game time on Tuesday, the status has not changed.

Update: As of 10:57 AM game time, Spike Linden has fixed the sim. W00t !

Update: I've formally requested financial compensation for 41 hours of downtime.
