Caelum Estates are privately operated and tier fees paid to Linden Labs are not in effect in Deus.

RESIDENTIAL ZONING
Caelum Estates is a residental chain of sim's. This means NO business, NO casinos, NO clubs or the likes. You are welcome to have friends over and have a fun time, but do NOT turn it into a business of any kind.
In Caelum Estates we work hard to make your tropical paradice just the way you like it, and it's being closely monitored every day.
