The terrain is basically flat. The sim is Mature rated mainland land. The sim is brand new in the eastern part of the grid.

Be sure to go to View, then click on both Property Lines and Land Owners to see the lots for sale. I do this to avoid hideous rotating signs. The sale parcels will be a brownish-orange color. You right click on the parcel, and you should see a "Buy Land" item on the pie-shaped menu. The parcels are all in Pinson sim.
