If anyone has a sim they are thinking about letting go simply so they do not have to pay the tier any more - let me know.

I have been thinking, for some time, about buying a sim. I am NOT a land flipper. I am NOT a land baron.

I want this sim for myself and for my friends to live on. I might rent out one or two places to people I know, but for the most part I want a pleasant place, to live and to build. No ban lines, no eyesores. I will be a good custodian.

The type of land (snow or sand) doesn't really matter to me. If you are sincere please contact me through a private message here, or please send me a note card in-world. (My IMs are sometimes capped because of group announcements and such).

I just want to improve my Second Life experience long term. And I promise to put something back into the community with the sim also, whether it's a small place for people to relax or what have you. I'm not sure yet but I will do something good with it.

I hope to hear from someone soon. Oh and if anyone has any advice on sim buying, or what to avoid feel free to let me know, here or privately. Thanks, so much!
