All rental fees are paid in Linden Dollars directly to the rental box on each lot. The rental fees are clearly marked.
We have the following sizes available as of Dec. 6th, 2008
6 - 4608 sq meter lots with 1054 prims each for 2100L per week rent
2 - 5472 sq meter lots with 1252 prims each for 2500 per week rent
Minimum rental period is 2 weeks, max at one time in a box is 6 but as long as you pay, you're more than welcome to live here forever, you'll just have to pay every 6 weeks
There will be a community type area in the center of the island once it's completed for residents to use at will for events, etc. We're thinking maybe some 7Seas fishing on the whole island, you can fish from your land, maybe some Zyngo solo and who knows what else we'll dream up lol
