If your looking for a great addition to an existing sim. I have a beautiful replica of Cinderella's castle, amazing decorations (trees, crystals, mushrooms, etc.) and a very nice waterfall. I use the castle as a ballroom. I rarely get more than 5-10 people unless I hire a singer. Maybe you need a great way to attract traffic to your sim without turning it into a strip club.

Anyway, looking for a new affordable home. I need full rights to the land. Or region rights if it's a homested. Always willing to help check for broken scripts on your regions and report anything abnormal/restart if no one is on the sim.

Let me be more specific, I can afford about 5000-5500 per week, this should be commercial land, with all permissions so let me know what you can do for me.
